As a team leader for the Mark Dolan Sales Organization in Big Bear Lake, and the Designated Broker for RE/MAX Big Bear, Mark has overseen more than 12,500 closed transactions. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate investment, having successfully completed new construction projects, full-rehab renovations, and managed rental properties, helping clients navigate the complex real estate market.

Before dedicating his career to training and consulting, Mark spent 14 years as the Broker-Owner of Realty Executives, Big Bear, leading a team of 32 sales professionals and managing escrow and property management divisions where he earned multiple production awards.
After being acquired by the local RE MAX affiliate Mark and his sales team continued their professional development earning RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame recognition as well as annual production awards including the coveted Diamond Award. ($1M in gross commission income in a single year)

He has served as President, Treasurer, and Director for the Big Bear Association of Realtors, playing a key role in shaping the local real estate community.
